It’s been a long five years since a Dolce & Gabbana advertising campaign last caught our attention. Not even the design duo tapping Juergen Teller as campaign photographer was enough to turn our heads last season. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have finally come to their senses, however, and commissioned photographic duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott to capture the brand’s Spring 2022 eyewear campaign featuring none other than Jennifer Lopez. The American singer, actress and global sensation appears alongside David Gandy in the fabulous ads that deliver an endless amount of unapologetic glamour.
What more could we possibly ask for? “Jennifer’s always had the model DNA. Her face is perfect,” declared ivano.
“Love these, the tanned, glamorous D&G woman is back,” said Urban Stylin.
DK92 shared the same sentiment: “For me, Jennifer Lopez can do everything and more in front of a camera.”

“This is the Dolce & Gabbana vibe and imagery I fell in love with in the early 2000s when I was really getting into fashion. Jennifer Lopez seems to always deliver and it is refreshing to see a grown woman with a womanly vibe at the forefront,” praised Salvatore.
“Cannot even recall the last Dolce & Gabbana campaign I could remotely tolerate, never mind like. This, however, with the inclusion of Jennifer Lopez and Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott no less, just feels oh so right and a return to form,” vogue28 pointed out.
